Dr. Friedlander is a co-founder of the Upsize Clinic and the medical director of our Roseville location. After graduating from the University of Arizona Magna Cum Laude, with a BSc in Microbiology, Dr. Friedlander earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from The Chicago Medical School. His achievements in medical school were recognized by being nominated to the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. General Surgery residency was completed at Rush University in Chicago, serving as Chief Resident in 2006.
After training with Dr. John Millard, the pioneer in the field of VASER Liposuction, as well as Dr. Grant Hamlet-considered by many to be the best in the world-Dr. Friedlander has become one of the most sought after VASER surgeons in the United States.
Dr. Pash is the co-founder of The Upsize Clinic and the medical director of our San Francisco location. He completed medical school at Midwestern University in 2006. He then went on to complete a residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Calgary. Since finishing residency in 2011 he has performed thousands of complex injectable procedures including nerve blocks, epidural and spinal injections, intravenous and arterial catheters and penile injections. He has published academic papers on subjects such as operating room management and pain management. He is on staff at several hospitals in Northern California as well as the two Upsize Clinic locations.
Dr. Arene provides the Upsize Procedure at the location in Los Angeles. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Michigan State University Lansing and Kalamazoo. Dr. Arene then served as Chief resident and then served as a faculty member of the Department of Medicine, Michigan State University, for one year. He also has an MBA in Healthcare and Finance from the highly ranked Northwestern University, Illinois. Dr. Arene has performed numerous complex injectable procedures as an Emergency Aesthetic physician, including nerve blocks, intra-articular injections, repair of complex lacerations, injectibles for facial balancing, and penile injections. Dr.
Arene has a passion for male wellness and is on staff at a number of hospitals in
Southern California.
